Worked across hubs, copay, specialty pharmacies, PAP, REMS, and TPMs to connect the patient silos into one, easy to navigate journey on mobile. Built digital marketing and sales funnel using Salesforce, Mailchimp, Outreach, LinkedIn automation, and podcasts.
Designed and launched multiple campaigns in two months to grow revenue during seed financing negotiations. Focused leadership on LI thought leadership (connections, posts, ads) as the highest ROI at this stage. Architected both B2B and B2C campaigns.

Doubled revenue and reduced costs by 40% in one year by rebuilding customer experience team and radically automating processes. Redesigned onboarding process to be more efficient and effective, leading to eval conversion rate (“try before you buy” model) greater than 80% and a retention rate above 99.5%. Redesigned Salesforce to cover sales, marketing, and customer success needs.
We were asked to create a brand new product and the company's first mobile app. Created requirements, put together wireframes, iterated through visual and user experience design with prototypes, and delivered complete specification for handoff to development. Also included complete survey package for use with physicians during beta testing.
Healthcare Bluebook needed help with a new product targeted to physicians. We took the rough wireframes and generated graphic layouts and a prototype in Powerpoint. Solved issues with flows, user experience, and visual problems.

Part of our practice is giving back to our community. Up to 20% of our time is spent on projects for nonprofits. We migrated them from an unmaintainable Wordpress site to the Wix platform in under three person days and then trained the staff to maintain it.
