Doubled revenue and reduced costs by 40% in one year by rebuilding customer experience team and radically automating processes. Redesigned onboarding process to be more efficient and effective, leading to eval conversion rate (“try before you buy” model) greater than 80% and a retention rate above 99.5%. Physician Engagement Mobile App
We were asked to create a brand new product and the company's first mobile app. Created requirements, put together wireframes, iterated through visual and user experience design with prototypes, and delivered complete specification for handoff to development. Also included complete survey package for use with physicians during beta testing.
Web app design and prototyping
Healthcare Bluebook needed help with a new product targeted to physicians. We took the rough wireframes and generated graphic layouts and a prototype in Powerpoint. Solved issues with flows, user experience, and visual problems.
